To have the biggest this or that doesn't solve the problem. I don't want our country to have the best soccer team. I want sports being used to achieve their social benefit. I don't want the largest power plant. I want cheap energy for all. To simply have the biggest, largest, best of this or that doesn't translate necessarily into a real solution of problems, or doesn't spread its benefits as widely.
